PMR’s Intermediate Silver Programs include comprehensive core and strength workouts over the course of 3 phases, with each phase consisting of 4 weeks of training. Intermediate training level athletes range from 2-4 years of consistent training experience. Intermediate Silver programs are designed for the athlete’s specific sport and position category.
