PMR’s Beginner Silver programs include comprehensive core and strength workouts over the course of 3 phases, with each phase consisting of 4 weeks of training. Beginner training level athletes range from zero training experience to less than 2 years of training experience. The emphasis for the beginner training level athlete is to safely prepare them for the demands of the sport, improve performance, and prepare the athlete for the more intensive training to come as they mature and develop.
