PMR’s Beginner/Intermediate Golf Programs include comprehensive preparation/core/strength workouts over the course of 3 phases, with each phase consisting of 4 weeks of training. Beginner/Intermediate training level golfers have consistent training experience from zero to 3 years. PMR Performance programs are designed for the athlete’s specific sport and physical demands of their sport.
